Are you really open 24 hours?
Yes — our self-service laundromat at 138 Main St is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office that handles wash & fold, dry cleaning, and phone calls is open 9 AM to 6 PM daily.
How much does wash & fold cost?
Wash & fold is $2.50 per pound with a $25 minimum, and eco-friendly detergent is included. Same-day service is $3.50/lb ($30 minimum), and a biohazard sanitizing option is available for $1.00 more per pound.
Do you offer laundry pickup and delivery?
Yes. Our own drivers run pickups and deliveries every Monday and Thursday with no delivery fee ($3.00/lb, $50 minimum). The Flex option uses a third-party courier so you can schedule any day of the week, with the courier fee added at checkout.
Is there a discount for new customers?
Yes — new customers get 20% off their first pickup & delivery order with code WELCOME20 at checkout.
How does the recurring discount work?
Set up a recurring weekly or biweekly pickup & delivery using our own drivers and you save 15% on every order, automatically.
What detergent do you use?
We use eco-friendly detergent and offer both scented and unscented options — your choice, included in the price. We also follow any special requests you have for how your laundry is washed and folded.
Do you do dry cleaning?
Yes, we offer professional dry cleaning for suits, dress shirts, dresses, and delicates. Drop off during office hours or add it to a pickup & delivery order. Pricing varies by garment — call us for a quote.
How do I pay for the self-service machines?
Our machines run on the LaundryCat app — download it free on iOS or Android (search “LaundryCat”), load funds once, and tap your phone to start any washer or dryer. Prefer a card? Grab one at the in-store kiosk and load it with cash, credit, or debit. EBT is accepted, and you can earn free credit through our Big Bill Bonus (load $20 get $2, $50 get $5, $100 get $10).
Is the laundromat safe at night?
Yes. We have 24-hour video surveillance throughout the store, bright lighting, and on-site parking, so you can do laundry late at night with peace of mind.
Can you wash large items like comforters?
Absolutely. Our washers go up to 60 lbs, so comforters, blankets, and bulky bedding are no problem. Specialty items are priced per piece — comforters start at $20.
